Ellie Trainer has led our Organizational Communications practice for over two decades.  She has worked with a wide range of public and private sector organizations to develop and implement compelling communications programs designed to build profile, foster relationships, engage stakeholders and ignite action.

Ellie’s significant experience with organizational change communications, corporate positioning, marketing communications and media relations is complemented by her expertise as a communications strategist and writer. She has been a valuable resource for senior executive teams and communication departments in a variety of industry sectors including healthcare, community services, finance and technology.

Ellie has worked closely with leadership teams to design and implement strategic change communication programs that help create clarity, foster alignment and revitalize employee commitment within organizations launching a new vision or managing changing structures, strategies and directions. 

In addition to organizational change and corporate communications, she has led a wide range of successful marketing communications, public relations and media relations initiatives including new services introductions, product launches and profile building campaigns.

Designing strategic communications programs, developing key communication messages for stakeholder and influencer audiences, writing annual reports, speeches and presentations, developing media and marketing materials, creating website and information materials and designing Town Halls and special events are just some of the skills she brings to the table – along with an ability to partner closely with your organization, from the boardroom to the frontline.
